In-lab processing time is generally 3-5 business days, after which time the print will ship to you. Average transit time after a print has shipped is 2-5 business days. Please be aware that there may be shipping delays during the busy holiday season, so please plan accordingly. The previously mentioned shipping terms do not apply to calendars, stationery, and miscellaneous photography items that I keep in stock. Those items will ship directly from me the same or next business day.

Matting available for an additional charge for three popular print sizes: 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14. Other sizes upon request. I utilize white mats with backing boards. Please see listings under the 'Mats' category to purchase a mat and order the mat at the same time you order the print. The procedure for matting will be as follows: the photo lab will ship the print directly to me, I will mat it, sign if desired, then ship it to you. It usually takes approximately 5 days to receive prints from the photo lab. I will then mat the print, sign it if desired, and send it to you within 1-2 business days.

I can include a gift note at no charge, or gift wrapping for a small fee 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 for items that I personally ship, which includes calendars, stationery, Christmas cards, bookmarks, mugs, coasters, magnets, stickers, and pillows. Prints will ship directly to the customer from the photo lab. They 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 offer gift note service. However, they do offer boutique packaging for an extra charge, of which would be an option for those who wish to send a print as a gift. Boutique packaging consists of a boutique box and a bow in your choice of three color combinations: white box with black bow, dark brown box with cream bow, or kraft box with peach bow.

I will sign your print(s) if desired. If you desire my signature, the image will be printed with a white border which will allow room for my signature. I will sign the print in the lower right corner with archival black ink. Alternatively, if you choose to have your print matted, the mat can be signed and will be signed in pencil. If matting is desired, you may choose the signature option at checkout when ordering the mat. The print will ship to me from the photo lab, I will sign it, then ship it on to the customer. Please contact me if you would like your print signed.

I personally do not do framing, but it can be professionally done by my photo lab for an additional charge in eight select sizes: 8x10, 8x12, 11x14, 12x12, 16x20, 20x20, 20x24, 24x36. Frames are made of real wood and come in a choice of finishes: black, white, maple, expresso, and mahogany. Mats come in a choice of white or ivory. The framed print comes with protective, clear acrylic, which blocks up to 92% of UV rays. Please contact me for pricing if you are interested in framing.

All photos can also be put on canvas or metal. Please contact me for pricing if you are interested in either of these options.

Please be advised that not all sizes are available in glossy and pearl finish. If you order a size that is not available, I will contact you and give you the option of selecting another size or finish.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. In the case of prints, the photo lab does not accept returns, but will gladly offer a reprint.

Shipping of prints from the photo lab can be upgraded to FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-Day service. Please be aware that expedited shipping 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 speed up the in-lab production process, which is generally 3 business days for prints. Please keep in mind that the
in-lab production process can take longer during the busy holiday season, so please plan accordingly. Once the print is complete, it will be shipped by the expedited shipping method you have selected during checkout.
